We are SO excited that you are coming to visit!

In preparation for your visit we have created this checklist which may be helpful for planning. If you have any questions, want suggestions about what to do or where to go, or just want to say hi, please feel free to e-mail or call us toll free at 866-PAW-HOUSE.

Vaccination History: Please BRING WITH YOU a notification from your vet stating that your dog is current on their vaccinations or titers for 1) DHLLP (a.k.a DHL2P or 5 in 1), 2) rabies, and 3) bordatella. This note can take the form of a receipt or a letter from your vet. If you have any questions about this or any questions about any particular vaccination - particularly bordatella please call us 866-729-4687.

Check in times: Check in is from 3-7pm on every day except Friday. On Fridays, check in is from 3-9pm. If you are thinking of arriving earlier or later this is usually ok - we just ask that you let us know so we can make arrangements to accommodate you.

What to bring for your dogs:
Leash(es)!!
A blanket or bed from home (for use in Mario’s Playhouse)
Dog food and bowls
Your dog's favorite toys

Please know that with the exception of food we do keep a good supply of all of the above in the event that you forget to bring you own. Unless your dog chews furniture or may be destructive in the private guest room, there is no need to bring a crate.

We hope that everything else you may need is available including towels for the dogs, waste pickup bags, toys, a fridge for dog food, can openers, utensils, and more.

Humans please bring comfortable house shoes to wear inside - for sanitary reasons we ask humans to remove their shoes upon entering the inn. (The dogs can keep their shoes on.)

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do whatever we need to do to accommodate you. This is your vacation and you can't leave the dining room HUNGRY!
